These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Digitall Solution (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services Provided
We offer website design, SEO setup, maintenance, and related digital marketing services as outlined in project proposals or invoices.
3. Payments & Timelines
A deposit (as stated in your proposal) is required before work begins.
Remaining payments are due upon completion of each milestone or before launch.
Late payments may delay project delivery.
All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all necessary content (text, images, login details) promptly. Delays in providing materials may extend project timelines.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content or images you supply.
5. Revisions & Approvals
Each package includes one round of reasonable revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional edits may be charged at our hourly rate.
Final approval must be given before the website goes live.
6. Maintenance & Support
Maintenance packages include regular site checks, backups, and minor updates. They do not cover major redesigns or new features unless agreed in writing.
7. SEO Disclaimer
Search engine performance depends on many factors outside our control (e.g. Google algorithms, competitor activity). While we apply best-practice methods, we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions.
8. Cancellations
If a project is cancelled after work begins, payment for work completed to date remains due.
9. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from website downtime, third-party services, or hosting issues.
10. Intellectual Property
Full ownership of the final website and content transfers to the client once full payment is received. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
