1 Introduction

Digitall Solution (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates as part of Digitall UK Group. We provide website development, website optimisation, SEO optimisation, Google Ads (PPC), pipeline systems, audits, and digital education through our Academy.

By working with us, purchasing a package, accessing our Academy, or engaging our services in toto (in full), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms exist to ensure clarity, fairness, and buenos días (good practice) for everyone involved. By making any payment to Digitall Solution, enrolling in a course, or engaging any of our services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Payment acts as binding acceptance.

Educational Services via the Digitall Academy (free and paid)

All services may evolve over time.

3 Payments & Billing

3.1 General Payment Terms

All invoices must be paid upfront unless otherwise stated.
Monthly services are invoiced in advance.
All monthly invoices must be paid within 7 days of issue.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

3.2 Minimum Term

All services provided by Digitall Solution are subject to a minimum term of 3 months unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By engaging any monthly service, the client agrees to complete the full minimum term. Early cancellation does not remove the obligation to pay for the full minimum period.

3.3 Pricing Summary

SEO Optimisation — £495/month

Google Ads (PPC):
£295 setup
£195 per additional campaign or landing page

Pricing may be updated with notice.

3.4 Website Builds (Free Website Model)

Digitall Solution offers a free website build service under the following conditions:

Website Includes:
Up to 5 pages (Home, Terms & Privacy, plus up to 2 service pages)
Contact form
SEO-ready structure
Mobile responsive design
Free hosting
Free domain (standard availability)
Build timeframe: up to 4 weeks
Includes up to 2 revisions

Free Website Conditions:

The website is built free as part of a marketing relationship.
The client must start SEO (£495/month) or Google Ads within 30 days of completion.
The website is not available as a standalone product.
Pipeline, email, and SMS systems do not qualify for a free website on their own.

If the client does not proceed within 30 days, Digitall Solution may remove the website or charge a standard build fee before transfer.

3.5 Website Ownership & Buyout

Websites remain the property of Digitall Solution unless agreed otherwise.
Client content and branding remain theirs.

If the client leaves, a rebuild or transfer fee may apply.

3.6 Website Packages

Website + SEO Setup + Google Ads Setup — £695 (Save £95)
Website + SEO Setup + Google Ads Setup + Email Marketing — £795 (Save £200)

These are setup-only packages. Ongoing services are billed separately.

3.7 Pipeline / Email & SMS Systems

Digitall Solution provides customised automation systems tailored to each client.

Pricing:

Customer Follow Up — £149/month
Setup Fee — £249

Capture & Follow Up — £249/month
Setup Fee — £299

ETA Text System — £49/month
Setup Fee — £149

What’s Included:

System setup
Ongoing maintenance
Review request automation
Customer follow-up sequences
One bulk contact upload per month (if required)

Important:

We do not provide leads, data, or scraped contacts.
Clients are responsible for data legality and consent.

Usage Allowance:

100 emails/month included
100 SMS/month included

Additional Usage:

£10 per additional 100 emails
£10 per additional 100 SMS

Usage is billed monthly in arrears.

Pipeline performance depends on correct usage, data quality, and customer engagement.

3.8 Refunds

No refunds are available.

3.9 Acceptance of Terms

Payment, project start, or confirmation of website completion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

4 Delivery Timeframes

Websites: typically up to 4 weeks
SEO: up to 6 months for noticeable results
Ads: performance varies
Audits: delivered within estimated timeframe

Timeframes may vary due to client delays or third-party systems.

5 Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide content and access promptly, ensure legality of materials, maintain backups, and respond in a timely manner.

Digitall Solution is not responsible for delays caused by the client or third parties.

6 Results & Guarantees

No guarantees are made regarding rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, ROI, or campaign performance, including SEO, PPC, and pipeline systems.

All services follow a test, adjust, refine approach.

7 Domain, Software & Platform Changes

Changes may cause disruptions or ranking fluctuations.

Digitall Solution is not liable for losses caused by third-party systems.

8 Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Digitall Solution is not liable for business losses including income, data, leads, or reputation.

Services are advisory and creative in nature per se (in itself).

Nothing excludes liability where legally required.

9 Academy & Course Disclaimer

Content is for guidance only.

Results vary and depend on implementation. Clients are responsible for actions taken.

Digitall Solution accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from Academy use.

10 Audit Disclaimer

Audits are honest, direct, and may include humour.

All content is opinion-based. No liability arises from tone or delivery.

11 Intellectual Property

All systems, designs, and materials remain the property of Digitall Solution unless agreed otherwise.

Academy content may not be copied or resold.

12 Service Dependency

Where services work together (e.g. website + SEO/PPC), results depend on full implementation.

Digitall Solution is not responsible for reduced performance if services are declined or paused.

13 Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if payments are missed, the client behaves unprofessionally, or the project becomes unworkable.

Outstanding balances become immediately due.

14 Amendments

These Terms may be updated at any time.

15 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
